I have done my fingerprint for the adjustment of my k1 status to remove the conditions on it. It's been 8 months now and I have still not heard anything. Whenever I check my status it says they received everything by shows On September 3, 2015, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number EAC*********, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by October 3, 2015, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. Please any help ???

First, if you can edit your post, remove the number part of your receipt number. Never share that number with anyone.

Second, the three letters in your receipt number "EAC" reflects you filed at Vermont Service Center. The current waiting for Vermont Service Center is around 10/11 months. Don't worry, there are a lot of people are still waiting like you. Unless they speed up, don't expect to hear anything back until mid-summer.

A lot more waiting in front of you. VSC have not started doing August yet. I have not seen even one August Vermont filler approval in the forum so far. May be VSC will start working on September cases in July-August 2016.

You're not adjusting status. Or are you?

it sounds like you're removing the conditions from your 2 year green card. your K1 visa expired the moment you used it, then you adjusted status and got a condition 2 year green card, and now you're removing those conditions.

I only mention this because it's important to know where you are at in the process so that you're filing the right things at the right times, and so people on the board can help you.

Vermont is taking 9+ months right now to adjudicate ROC petitions. You will just have to wait. If you choose you can apply for citizenship when able.
