I-134 for Visa Interview and Additional Documentation?

On its visa document checklist the US Embassy in London requires form I-134 Affidavit of Support. My fiancee already submitted this doc with our original I-129f application in the States. Will she need to send me another original with her actual signature on (not a photocopy or something) for the interview? She had already planned to send me more of her recent check stubs and tax returns etc. but will I need this as well?

Also, I have the list of items to bring for the interview but I noticed someone in the forums wrote about having more evidence of relationship between the time of filing and the first interview so I am wondering if this is really necessary as it is not listed as required on the site?

OK, so these answers are specific to London embassy:

1) In general, the I134 you sent with the original package holds no credit. However, London embassy only want to see the supporting evidence. From what I hear, they prefer a recent letter of employment. You will need to send a new one (original) of that.

2) Every other embassy: YES! London: no, people on here claim to not be asked for it.
