Can I go with my fiancé attending GCP or CFO?

You can go with her but when you reach the front doors that's the end of the road for you. This is a seminar about what could happen in America. The things they talk about are actual scenario's of what could happen to someone who is new to the states. They include abusive husbands, emergency's, sex trafficking etc. which husbands can be a part of. So you can see now why they do not let future husbands into the seminar as this would intimate those attending who need the information from asking critical questions.

It's best you find yourself an activity during her time at CFO.

When I attended my seminar, there were some Filipinas who brought their American husbands with them, and they were not allowed inside the seminar room. They just looked so sad waiting looong hours outside.

I think, in most steps of the visa process, it's not ideal to bring the USC petitioner like during your medical exam or CFO seminar coz they won't be allowed entry.. except during the interview coz with the USC right there with you, it's added evidence of bona fide marriage or relationship. :)
