I don't even know if the "5 month rule" is still valid since it says "16 November 2015" about the processing times for K-1s on USCIS webpage?

K-1: 12-22-2015 - 09-07-2016

AP: 12-20-2016 - 04-07-2017

EAD: 01-18-2017 - 05-30-2017

AOS: 12-20-2016 - 07-26-2017

ROC: 04-22-2019 - 04-22-2020
Naturalization: 05-01-2020 - 03-16-2021

U.S. passport: 03-30-2021 - 05-08-2021

It is but you have to wait until it goes to June 5th when your 5 months are up...

Yes I know, we're not at 5 months yet, just going on 5. But wasn't sure if 5 was still "the magical number" or if it has changed now since the processing times changed.

Nope still 5 ... So your almost there BUT do really hope you hear something before that!
