Anyone around the May 13 priority date still waiting to hear anything...?? This is getting a bit ridiculous... We are starting to get very frustrated since it has been over 6 months and we still have not heard anything and/or had any updates...

Have you tried congressional inquiry?

My PD is June 10, and after our 5 months mark we were looking for the requirements for congressional inquiry. Luckily we received RFE on 11/17 and we don't need to do that anymore, but you should certainly look into this. You are definitely out of normal processing time.

Timeline Info below:

06/08/16 -- Sent I-130

01/31/17 -- I-130 petition sent to NVC [Received Email notification and MyUscis status update]

NVC Stage [105 days from NOA2]

Embassy/Consulate (Interview) Stage [43 days from Case Complete to Visa in Hand]

05/18/17 -- Consulate Received. CEAC Case status changed to "Ready"

06/01/17 -- Medical Examination [Complete. It took around 2 hours. Total Cost INR 11650 for Surat City Apollo Clinic]

06/12/17 -- Biometric (OFC) Appointment

06/13/17 -- Interview [7:30 AM at Mumbai, India]. Visa Approved

06/15/17 -- Visa in hand

06/21/17 -- POE at DFW (Dallas, Texas)

----- Removal of Condition -----

Removal of Condition (I-751) [Approved]

06/18/2019 -- Sent the package (3 Days before GC expires, cutting it close). Sent to Lewisville, TX via FedEx Ground

06/19/2019 -- Package received at around 9:30 AM (Hoping I don't get rejected for missing deadline)

06/24/2019 -- Card was charged with $680 fees. Text Message received confirming Receipt. Case routed to NBC (Case Number starts with 'MSC')

06/28/2019 -- NOA Hard Copy & 18 Months Extension Letter Received in Mail with NOA Date as 06/19/2019

07/12/2019 -- Biomentrics Appointment Letter received. The Letter is Dated 7/5/2019. Appointment is on 7/22/2019

07/22/2019 -- Biometrics Appointment Complete

02/01/2022 -- Interview Scheduled for 3/3/2022 (combo interview)

03/03/2022 -- Interview Complete. No new Green Card will be produced as my Naturalization was also approved.

03/04/2022 -- USCIS status changed to approved.

Naturalization (N-400) [Approved]

03/26/2022 -- N-400 online application complete. NOA Date.

01/15/2021 -- Biometric Complete.

02/28/2022 -- Interview scheduled for 3/3/2022 (combo interview)

03/03/2022 -- Interview Passed. Status changed to 'we recommended that your application be approved...' and then to 'Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled'.

03/09/2022 -- Oath Ceremony was scheduled for 3/25/2022.

PD May 27th, 175 days in, still waiting. We've been transferred a month ago and didn't even receive the notification to know where our file is now. We requested a copy today... that we're supposed to get before December 9th. This is absolutely ridiculous and very upsetting when you see cases from June being approved already.

Our PD is May 11 and we are still waiting too, my husband called the USCIS 800 number last week and they said they are working on April's files. I feel your frustration. Our life together started to feel like only a dream and we might not be together again!

My PD is May 2 and I am still waiting. Instead of call back from Tier 2 officer got reply in mail that the case in under review by officer and decision will be made within 60 days of the letter date.

My wife and I have still had no updates or approval on my case as of today, so she has contacted her state senator today (Marco Rubio) and faxed over a privacy release form. Probably won't hear anything back until next week though, what with it being Thanksgiving tomorrow.

January 15th 2012: Met my future wife online.

November 12th 2014: Married in Paphos, Cyprus.

April 25th 2016: I-130 mailed to Chicago Lockbox.

May 20th 2016: I-130 returned due to problems with check.

May 23rd 2016: I-130 mailed to relative in California to insert check.

May 25th 2016: I-130 received by relative and forwarded to Chicago lockbox with check.

May 31st 2016: I-130 signed for at Chicago Lockbox via USPS.

June 4th 2016: NOA1 received by Email with May 31st acceptance date.

June 18th 2016: NOA1 hard copy received in mail - case sent to the Nebraska Service Center.

October 18th 2016: Case transferred to Texas Service Center

November 23rd 2016: Contacted State Senator (Marco Rubio) to ask for assistance.

December 19th 2016: Marco Rubios' office replied.

December 30th 2016: NOA2 Received by Email. Case Approved.

January 8th 2017: Case sent to Department of State (NVC)

January 19th 2017: Case Received by NVC.  NVC case number assigned. Invoice ID number received.

January 20th 2017: DS-261 completed online and AOS fees of $120.00 paid.

January 31st 2017: IV fee of $320.00 paid.

February 22nd 2017: Documents recieved by NVC (FedEx confirmation).

April 28th 2017: NVC case approved. Awaiting Interview Scheduling at US Embassy in Nicosia, Cyprus (9 weeks, 2 days after documents received).

May 3rd 2017: Interview scheduled at US Embassy in Nicosia, Cyprus for June 9th 2017  (5 days after NVC case approved).

June 9th 2017: Embassy Interview. APPROVED! Passport ready for collection in 5 working days! Flights booked! (on flexible tickets).

June 16th 2017: Passport back from US Embassy.  Flying to JFK on June 20th!

Still no luck on an a approval so i called again yesterday and they told me to call back again after the 15th and check if they have updated the system and if they havent to call back smh this is so frustrating ugh hopefully this will be the longest wait because ive heard that with Juarez consulate interviews are less time that less then a month hopefully... But anyways has anybody have any approvals yet????

My case finally got approved on Dec 1, 2016. Thanks everyone for your help.

Guys my wife filled I-130 for me and we sent it on May. We live in the USA. Then we received letter that case was received on may 16. So now its already 199 days in processing. Still nothing. It is in nebraska service center. Number starts with LIN. So how do you think, how long will we wait for interview and is that normal that much of time. Thanks for everyone

Feel free to call them out if they ever tell you that over the phone, because the tiny text at the top of those processing times says: "

Field Office Processing Dates for Nebraska Service Center as of: September 30, 2016"

We got approved after more than 6 months (PD May 27th), we were at the Nebraska Service Center but we were transferred (we don't know where!) mid-October.
