Approved July 01

Waiting for NOA2 copy

Congratulations!!

You have no timeline, what service center was your case processed at? And by any chance, were you DCF or normal consular processing?

Sent I-130.........05/28/16

USPS Delivered.....05/31/16

Check cashed.......06/03/16

NOA1...............06/03/16

NOA1 (hard copy)...06/10/16

NOA2...............08/08/16

It was processed at Texas service centre and its regular consular processing.

That was so fast! Congratulations!! :)

Hi Guys,

I just got my case update that it has been sent to DOS/NVC on 6th of July!

I'm still waiting for NOA2 hard copy, let's hope I get it this week.

Question - If my understanding is right - I'll receive I-797 for NOA2 hardcopy stating my case is approved and then once NVC assigns case # I will receive notifications to pay AOS and DS-260 fees & related packets further?
