By the way,do you have any idea about medical exam,if we can do it in advance even though we dont have our interview date yet as long as we got our NOA2 receipt?

May filer but for immediate relative. Question is, is it faster to petition my parents than it is to petition a spouse?

Spouse, parents, and children under 21 are all immediate relatives, it's the same petition for those 3 types of relatives.

That's good, I just read that cemar last week also to one of the blogger... she's very helpful.

You cannot schedule for medical until you get your interview date. We need to wait for our manila case number also.

Hello All!

It's my first post here. My I-130 was sent on 7th May and accepted on 9th May, we just got confirmation that it's approved on 23rd June!

That was surprise, Prayers heard! Now waiting for NOA2 hard copy, NVC transfer & case # and next steps of receiving instructions to pay fees & forms.

Question - Do you guys know on checklist which we can keep ready before getting instruction packet?

Wish you all the very best!

Most important documents at NVC is your spouse birth certificate and financial support .If you or your spouse is a divorcee you need to include the documents and your legal marriage certificate.

Hi there! Congratulations!!!! By any chance, are you doing DCF or the regular consular processing? I see you were processed at Texas Service Center.

Look through the NVC guides on VJ :) so you're prepared for the next step. You can also check out the DOS website with the flowchart that tells you everything you'll need.

Hi! Thank you. No it's not DCF, ours is regular consular processing.

Yeah, I am not reading lot of stuff to ensure we are on right track and begin process once it's transferred to NVC!

PS: I see TSC is processing lot of May filers, I hope to hear few approvals (NOA2) here!

Helo may Filers. Any more approvals?

Hope and pray for the fast approvals for the rest of may filers.

Keep us updated so that we can each other too :)

NVC has our case since June 21, and now waiting for case number and invoice number to start the process for NVC.

GOD is a miraculous God,and He will speed up the process.

Claiming for N0 RFE.

Hope to see more approvals here.

God bless us more
