Huge retrograssion in india F4

My brother (F4 category) applied in may 2003, visa was approved and submitted all required documents to NVC in April 2016, paid all necessary fees, and waited for visa interview from embassy in India.

Received a letter from NVC on 21 April 2016 ,that with in 60 days we will arrange Visa interview at Mumbai.

Now Retrogression occurred as per June 2016 .

what will be status of my case?

they will call me for Visa interview or again i have to wait for three or four year.

also my son will cross 21 years, what will be his status when next time my date will be current?

During the waiting period, I have few questions:
1. What was the reason fro retrogression?
2. Some documents submitted to NVC had short validity date (e.g. I-864, police clearance certificate, etc.), do I need to resubmit those documents again?
3. Do I need to pay all fees again?
4. What should I do to expedite the process?

hello.

I attended my F-4 visa interview on 24may 2016.we are 4 members .the visa officer told me that your visa was approved. When I checked the status of my passport after 2hour on the CEAC website it showed administrative processing only for me other family members status shows issued. I was not given any 221g form by the visa officer nor was I asked to submit any additional documents...what am I supossed to do..pls help me(arron)

I have come to know through my agent that they have started giving out visas again for Mumbai embassy.

I'm not sure about other embassies but some of his clients have got visa interview calls for October month.

Please verify this knowledge of mine from other sources and let me know if they are correct.

Yes! My friend got an interview for the month of october couple of days back. His file got completed on 22nd march 2016. His PD is july 2002. I have heard many people are getting interviews before file getting current. hopefully the new bulletin will jump back to normal?
