When sending back evidence for a RFE, do I need to send it back with the original RFE form that came with it or some type of cover letter? (RFE was for employment letter and evidence of current income of joint sponsor)

I received my RFE 1 month after I sent in my adjustment package, does this mean I will get approved once they receive the evidence or will it still take around ~ 6 months?

How bad is it of we didn't make a copy? :(

Not horrible, but you have no record of what the RFE stated. You can just hope there are no problems and you never need the copy of it.
