Hello

Does anyone know once your on the appt waiting how long it will take to get actual interview ? I have done some # crunching and would like to see if anyone comes up with same wait . I realize that it is just an estimate as # of interviews per month vary . We are currently 21500 on waiting list . For Santo Domingo , Dominican Republic.

Thanks Jafo

My daughter Volleyball coach had her wait list number just over 22000 back feb 06. we looked today and it was just about 8000.

they are sooo frustrated... we were talking.. and was thinking ohh I wonder if maybe filing for K-3 would speed her husband ability to be here... her son is really needing dad.. is at the real awkward stage. of age 9... they have been married 10 yrs.. and.. been doing this process for the last 3... sooo frustrating... and rather sad.. that the kids.. need dad... and cant ...

On July 17th 2006 I received a leeter from the NVC stating that the paperwork would be sent to Santo Domingo. One week later I was number 26500 on the waiting list. One year later I am only currently 14100 on the waiting list even thout my daughter is a US citizen born in the DR.
