  • 2 weeks later...

We scheduled a time, but when it came down to it they didn't even ask what time we schedule for. When we walked in we took a number and sat down. Eventually they called the number, looked at the documents and then we paid. My wife then sat down in a chair and we waited for them to call her number. Once they did, she went in and I waited for over an hour in the seating area. So I went to the Starbucks around the corner and got a coffee. Then I continued to wait. There were a lot of people, and the whole thing took over 3 hours.
