On ais.usvisa-info.com on my page it says "consular section instructed me to send more documents"

Hello I hope you're all well.

I am on administrative processing following my interview for a spouse visa at the London embassy. I was told to send in more documents and I did and the embassy emailed me saying no further action is required until processing is complete and that I do not need to send anything else. The last time my case status was updated was on the 11th of February 2016. Myself and my lawyer emailed the embassy last week and we have not heard back.

So because I hadn't heard back I decided to see if anything was new on my account page on ais.usvisa-info.com and there was. Under the print instructions and email instructions which were always there, it says "consular section instructed me to send more documents". When I click on it. It has a big heading at the top that says follow up documents request. Under which it says select the applicant that the request is for (my details having a box next to the, to tick or check).

Under that it states confirm that the consular section has instructed the select applicant(s) to complete a follow up action.

Then underneath that it has a box to fill out above which it says reason for requests with a red asterisk next to it.

Sorry for the long winded ness but what does it all mean? Is it for me to complete or the consular?

I came for Visa stamping and I see the same section "

consular section instructed me to send more documents"

on my account too..Do we need to go inside that and mention some reason and Click Send Request Button.

I have already sent the passport to consulate, but just wanted to make sure I'm not missing anything.

Appreciate your quick response on the same.
