Ok, he is coming here May 20th and leaving July 27th and then he will come again in October for 6 months. I will fill out us taxes for him, but I have no idea how to do it since he only got a pension in Poland, nothing here.

F-1 visa/status, F2A category - child under 21 yrs old of permanent resident

AOS (i485, i131, i765) package received October 7th 2016

Biometrics appointment November 22nd but did walk-in November 16th

service request December 21st (75th day) - answer case within current processing time

January 6th service request online (91st day)

got answer on January 12th that my case is on hold because they sent me RFIE on November 3rd and I haven't answered yet...I never got any letter, no updates on website, when I was calling them no one told me that they are waiting for answer for RFIE, they kept saying my case is under review

january 26th USCIS received my answer for RFIE

March 10th EAD/AP approved 

March 17th combo card mailed

March 22nd combo card received

Again, it doesn't really seem as if he is a bona fide LPR, but is instead using his green card as a tourist visa. This is not permitted.

Does he have US bank accounts? A US residence? US identification? Has he ever filed US federal income tax returns? Any US-based insurance policies?

If the answers to all of these are no then expect problems. You may wish to consult with an experienced immigration attorney specifically with regards to his domicile, or lack thereof. USCIS/DoS certainly will examine it closely.

He doesn't have any bank account or US identification but I will open an account and I will send him to rmv so he will get a driver's license.

He has never filled taxes because he has had his green card since September 2015. He also doesn't have any insurance but I'm gonna go and buy health insurance for him.

I think consulting it with an immigration lawyer is a good idea, thanks.

How did you find it? It's not under this website https://www.uscis.gov/visabulletininfo

Hopefully they will use filling dates in July
