Please fill in your timeline. It will help you during the process when others are trying to help you. your timeline right now says you are at the Texas Service Center not Nebraska and you sent your I-130 at the end of March, which means you're probably an April NOA1 date.

Join the nebraska forum mentioned above. It's the best way to see how Nebraska is going based on others experience (I'm on there with quite a number of others). Seems to be 120-145 days at present in Nebraska, a little quicker than the standard "6 months". They may be just rushing through some for a period of time but we all have our fingers crossed they've sped up in general. When you receive your i-797, look at the "NOA1" date , and also join the forum for that month too. You'll then start to see when others from your month are moving through the process. By updating your timeline you'll also see down the bottom an "estimate" of when you'd expect to hear back based on others timelines at the same centre (just an estimate from other VJ members)

Once USCIS approve you, it's forwarded to NVC, and from there you have a bit more control over how long everything takes as you submit everything from there in your own time. Basically from lodgement til visa is issued, expect a year is what I've been told, and then it'll be a relief if/when it happens sooner :)

In the meantime - read this page multiple times so you understand the process once it goes to NVC. It will stop you having lots of questions at that time and allow you to be more prepared http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

All the best in your journey!
