Morning WOM! I usually hate cute pictures of animals dressed as people, but how can ou resist it on St. Paddy's Day?

Jen- think of all the money you are saving by not talking! :P Seriously, how awful to be feeling a little under the weather and have a forced separation with the loss of the mobile! Feel better soon- maybe some spicy Thai soup to make you feel better? just stay away from the Yak!

Mary- have a fun date with yoru daughter! I think its a lovely idea

brnidokiegurl- Maybe that is your Molly and she had a life before coming to you? Or a secret side life when youa re off at work?

I have a coffee mug with a puppy that looks exactly like our dog (whom we rescued at age one from the pound). I told my son- Look Fred (the dog) was a famous dog when he was a puppy! For maybe 20 minutes my son believed me LOL

Nice green ink, Mary !

Here in San Antonio, we have the annual "Dyein' o' the River Green"..... yep they actually dye the San Antonio River green with (environmentally-friendly) green dye and temporarily change its name to "The River Shannon".... which is of course immediately followed by the official St. Patrick's Day Pub Crawl.... This town loves to party. Any excuse will do.

Not a diet a recommend if it includes digestive system problems! I finally broke down and got some chewable immodium on my way to an appt yesterday and I couldn't believe how bad it tasted!!! Yikes!! I was hoping that I could handle it better without water, then I had to get a lot of water to wash away the taste, hehe!:wacko:

On the other hand ., . . I was able to eat after that! I hate having to plan all my activities based on how close to a toilet the activity is located . . . :crying: . Today will be a challenge because I am going to a workshop this afternoon . . . so far so good!

I LOVE San Antonio! I wonder if the the number of people who fall into the river on St. Patrick's day is higher than on Cinco de Mayo?

You know this is the amazing thing -- hardly anyone ever falls into the River. ** Even during Fiesta, when there are hundreds of thousands of people jamming the Riverwalk. There are no "barricades" along most of the way -- the paving goes right to the water with nothing to keep you from stepping off the edge. I have been trying to figure this out for years.

** edited to add:

Now jumping in on purpose, or being tossed in by drunken "friends" is of course an entirely different issue.

Worst thing ever is to have these problems while flying back!! I did get sick one time a couple of years ago but was on the mend by the time I boarded the plane. So it wasn't so bad. This time, I didnt get sick in Egypt TG (hmm that's the last 3 times I have been I haven't gotten sick)!! I was happy about that. It was a few days after I had been back and I was happy, but not exactly sure what did it . . . . hmmm that pizza with the jalapenos?? noooo, i think i was already starting up something. well, no sense in wondering . . . just try to get it cleared up!!

Have a good Saturday!!
