Yes the I-130 would be the correct form to fill out. Keep in mind that your mother cannot adjust status while in the US on a visitor visa. She must return to her country to complete the I-130 immigration process. She can use the current visitor visa she has now to visit you from time to time until the I-130 is ready to be completed, but be sure she never overstays her visits.

hi

she can adjust status here, but she may run into the problem of immigration intent, since she abused her tourist visa to enter and adjust status

that's why it gets harder for other people to receive tourist visas

the forms are: i130, i485, G325A, i864, i765, i693 medical and vaccination

She can adjust status. The law allows her to adjust status.

What abuse?

Matter of Battista and Matter of Cavazos. As a long time poster, you should know about these cases.

USCIS can not consider immigrant intent when an Immediate Relative of a USC adjust status unless USCIS can prove that the person lied at the POE.

She's in the USA. Intent isn't an issue anymore. No need to scare monger

hi

i130: $420

i485: $1070

i864, G325A and i765 free

medical and vaccination, it depends on the doctor's fees, it has to be a physician authorized by immigration, you can check how much it costs around your city or town. she will receive the results and i693 in a sealed envelope that can't be opened, you send it in the adjustment of status packet as is
