You could list your 401k but as KayDeeCee stated, if your income is already above the requirement then no need to list any other assets. If it isn't then if you only need to list enough assets to meet their requirement.

I have this as well. I didn't list it because my income is sufficient. OP do you need this to achieve income requirement? If so then you should be able to access your account to assess the value. I get quarterly statements that contain that info.

For the I-134> Most recent tax transcript or complete return(forms and W-2s and/or 1099s) and proof of current annual income, such as letter from employer and recent pay stubs.
