Hey everyone, long time lurker, your site helped my wife and I with the AOS process.

Regrettably, I didn't really look here for our I-751 submission. We submitted a few things in November (VSC) because it said "but not limited to" and felt it was enough, but after reading the RFEs that people are receiving I know that we will receive an RFE. For example, we only submitted one year of taxes, and it wasn't an IRS transcript (doh). We filled jointly both years and have nothing to hide so, my question is, can we submit more things to our petition, or wait for the inevitable RFE? It looks like VSC won't even get to our case until Sept/Oct at the earliest. I read on the NOA it says "if you haven't already submitted evidence do so and copy this page with your submission" (or something similar).

What do you think we should do?

Thanks

I think the advice is to wait for the RFE and immediately send all the extra stuff you've now had time to collate. Not sure of the chances of a follow up document package matching up with part 1 ......
