What will it say exactly at the CEAC website?

It helps people when they are trying to help you if you fill in your time line, that way they know what process you're using and where in that process you are

Not necessarily but nobody knows which consulate you are.

The CEAC website will turn to "ready" status and below that it will have a date of when it was last updated, also known through the forums as "touches". If your case is touched then it has been updated with whatever latest information. To determine if everything is okay is anyone's guess, there's no way of knowing.

Hello everyone everytime I check my nvc case status it says AT NVC what does this mean and how long will it take to move on and what's the next step.I'm a us citizen but my kids aren't.I'm waiting for there interview date.thanks

The status will remain "AT NVC" until you are assigned your interview than 3 to 4 weeks from interview date the petitions will be sent to embassy. Once it reaches embassy the status will change to READY and you will see Case Status date.

I pop in here if possible lol. So, do there have to be fee's paid? Anything in the meanwhile? I thought I'd read something about choosing an agent, paying fee, send in more paperwork or is that for ICR-1?
