So I do not meet the income requirements yet. And will use a joint sponsor my mother. We will move in with them so if my undertanding is correct...

I fill out an I-864

My mother fills out an I-864

My father fills out an I-864A

I was planning on using tax return transcripts but they aren't available. I think. So I need my W-2 and 1040 for the year 2015. Anything else I need? Same for my mother too? Does my father need tax info too?

I think my household will be my spouse and me and on the 864 of my mother its all 4 of us right?

Yes, that is correct. Your parents will need the same evidence and recent pay stubs, employment letter etc. and evidence of their legal status in the US (copy of GC or Us passport). I assume your parents jointly file their taxes?

Make sure to include the entire federal tax return and not just the first few pages.

No, on the I864 for your mother, you do not need to include yourself. It would be your mother, your father, and your spouse. If they have no other dependents then its a household of 3.

Employment letters are required?? My father is self employed. So what does he do?

Yes they file jointly. So all the info is the same really.

Not required but highly suggested that they're provided.

If he's self-employed I would suggest enclosing copies of his business licenses and of course all Schedules of his federal returns (Schedules C, D, etc.). Check out the last page of the I864 instructions for a list.

Does the employment letter have to say anything specific?

We don't need both incomes. Does that make a difference. My mother makes way above what we need.

Employment letter should be on company letterhead stating the persons name, position, salary and how long they've been working there. Thats about it.

If your mother makes enough on her own then you don't even need to go into obtaining all the stuff for your dad. Since they have a joint return, your mom will just need to provide her W2s so they can discern what part of the income is actually hers.

And everything is copies right. We bring original 864s to interview and also the original tax info?
