N-400 questions

I'm on the last step of my visa journey. I came to the US on a K-1 visa in 2007 and have been a permanent resident since 2009. That means that I can apply as a resident for 5 years, which makes things easier. But I still have some questions about filling out the n-400. Could anyone please help me with these?

1. Page 8 Part 10 #8 Legal Name of My Current Spouse’s Prior Spouse

Do I list her maiden name as it appears on the marriage license, or do I list her married name as it appears on the divorce certificate? The marriage was short and many years ago. I have no idea what last name she’s using now.

2. Do I need to include copies of the marriage and divorce certificates from my husband's prior marriage? I sent them with the 129F when I was applying for my K-1, so USCIS has already seen them.

3. Page 9 Part 11 #1 Indicate your total number of children, including step-children

Do I list my husband’s adult son? The son was already an adult when my husband and I got married. (I doubt that I should list him, but I want to be sure.)

4. Page 12 Part 12 #9B details about organizations, associations, etc., that you’ve belonged to

How far back do I go? Do I include things like Girl Guides (Girl Scouts) that I was in as a child?
