When I got my passport photos for the K-1 application, I only got 2 (from U.S.). With that said, is it ok to get a whole new set of photos (most likely with different clothes) or just copy the extra one? Or get a whole new set wearing the same exact clothes?

Thanks

Passport photos for the K-1 and passport photos for all the forms needed for filing AOS are two entirely separate things. The OP is applying for AOS. When you file for AOS, then yes, you get new photos taken and provide 2 per form. You would most likely be wearing different clothes, as the passport photos are supposed to be taken within 30 days of filing.

You can download the forms, along with the form instructions directly from the USCIS website. No need to call and have them sent to you. https://www.uscis.gov/forms
