I filed for the 3rd time in 3 years.Last time I filed I-129f on June 24, 2015.I received my NOA 1 in June 28th, 2015. Since then I have not heard or received anything yet. I called and inquired about my case on line and also through my senator's office but did not get any where. I am still waiting patiently.. Any Suggestions to speed up the process?.

I don't understand why you had to file 3 times, something is missing there because you should get an approval within 8to 9 months if the file is clean. if its complicated then I would assume it would take longer. there I not much you can do except call them, and find a congressperson who might help you. the senator is only 1 option, there are other politicians that may be able to help. also if its complicated I would suggest to contact a very good immigration attorney with experience as they may take it more seriously when an attorney represents you.

Ya at this point I don't think any senator or politician could help. I may be wrong, but there's a reason behind it, and it seems to be security reasons. Which as you can understand for the sake of our country, is not taken lightly.
