So I have a question for those that have filled out the DS-160 form. When it asks for your educational institutions.. do they seriously mean all of them from high school onwards and the addresses? Or every school you went to for college stuff? Do the dates have to be exact?

Information:
I was put in high school for a bit in Canada, then my stepfather got a job in Orlando, USA and I moved with them. We switched to homeschooling and the moving around commenced (Orlando, Wyoming). I don't have a paper trail of my high schools at all because of the homeschooling. The only thing I know for certain is that I graduated high school in 2002 and then took the GED test in Wyoming in 2003.The GED is the only thing I have with actual dates/years.

I also lost any trail we had on this stuff when we switched internet providers.. as I forgot to back things up.

Also! Bonus question!
My fiance received his NVC letter (the hard copy) yesterday. Unfortunately, it has my old name (I legally name changed from Danielle to Rynnae a year ago, everything is changed from my passport to my birth certificate) on it. The NOA2 had Rynnae on it though. And any time I phoned for the case number, they said that Rynnae was on the file. Do I have to worry about this or can I just ignore it?

List every educational institution attended since the age of 11, that means all levels os schools, colleges, grad school, etc. Yup, that's part of why filling the DS-160 is a burdensome task, unfortunately.

Not sure about the name thing, I'll leave that for someone else.

Well . This is going to be an awesome task. (So much sarcasm). Do you know if I would have to put "Homeschool" and then the address for every time we moved?

I don't think you need to list homeschooling since it's not an "institution", only formal educational institutions as far as I know, but wait until more people post in here since I'm not 100% about that.
