Caveat: this guy could be lying.

If he is a) not lying and b) can validate his claim, that's horrendously bad news for Clinton, and wildly great news for those of us who don't want to see her as president. The very protocols put in place by the gov, which she breached, were designed to avoid this kind of thing. Exactly, specifically this kind of thing. If she not only was negligent with her data but the FBI has a believable example of her server being broken, it doesn't get much better than that.

Works for me. I'd rather see bernie vs trump because I can't abide the idea of clinton in the oval.

It has surely entered Bernie's thought process to hang on should the FBI indict clinton, as even if he entered the convention short on delegates surely the supers would switch sides in large numbers.
