I am almost ready to turn in documentation for my petition to removal conditions on the permanent resident.

However I am kind of stuck in some of the lists on the I-751.

I would appreciate if someone could help me how to describe on the lists which I don't knnow what to do. (I think there is no information about it on the instruction of USCIS).

1. If some of the lists are not applicable such as no children, no interptrter, no preparer, should I put "N/A" on the list of the name individually or can I leave it as a blank?

2. As for the list of mailing address for the conditional resident, should I put my spouse 's name on the list of "In Care Of Name" or can I leave it as a blank?

3. If I don't have to fill the form of "Additional Information" on the last page of 11, can I just leave it as a blank or should I still put my name and A-number and also put "N/A" for the lists of the Page nember?

Apprecaite your advice.

1. The instruction sheet that comes with the I-751 tries to tell you what to do in these cases, but I don't think it is very clear. I left our blank.

2. If you and the conditional holder live at the same address, then you don't need to put the spouse name here. You would need this case, for example, if the couple were living with a parent or with a sibling - especially if they have different surnames. The Post Office can get picky and not deliver stuff if a different surname shows up at an address without a "care of" name.

3. We left Page 11 blank.

The instructions tell you exactly what to write when a question is not applicable to you. This will help you answer all three of your questions. Good luck! :)

Dear Sukie, Thank you so much for your advice. Yes, as you told, the instruction sheet for I-751 is not clear to me in some parts.

Anyway, I will complete filling the form out and send it out soon!!

Wait, what? I get letters for the previous three tenants delivered to my address all the time (even important looking stuff like from the national visa center, health insurances, etc - I don't know why people would not change their address for these things)! Or is this an NYC thing where the post office doesn't really care what the name is since people move so much?

No, I think that's just standard USPS behavior.

We get mail for past residents all the time too. We've marked it all as not being at the address anymore and put it back in a mailbox, and things still keep showing up here.

I strongly suspect that the previous tenants did not change their address. You can put "RETURN TO SENDER - NOT AT THIS ADDRESS" on the front and send it back (unopened) for no fee if you feel nice.
