What is the best way for B-pharmacy degree students to come USA on work visas

Its very hard for an alien to get a job in this field with a foreign degree. on the contrary, there is an abundance of jobs in this field with not enough workforce. i personally never came across a pharmacist that had a foreign degree and believe me i know a few.i am not trying to discourage you in any sense.
