My son is under age. And category for IR2 visa. They got interview on may 3,2016. Everything went smoothly for the 3 windows they process the application basically got everything. At last final window for interview. With my mom accompany my child and answer all question. The interviewer give the passport back to my mom. And saying your grandson supposed to be us citizen by birth. And mom explained that we did apply for crba but denied for lacks of paperwork. Since I got divorced I am no longer communicate with my ex and he doesn't want to participate at all for legal matters of my son. The reason I apply for i130. Now they asking for documents saying " possible claim for citizenship" we sent that afternoon the denied letter for crba last year. How long for them to review the 1 piece of paper. That I think it's not necessary at all. Anyone have same situation?
