Hello everyone,

Please help me and suggested me for a child protection act. 21 April 2016 my mom have an immigration visa interview from Islamabad, Pakistan. First, my mom goes to interview room The consular office starts the interview

He asks for my mom

1. Who is your petitioner

Ans: My mom says, my husband

2. When your husband goes to the USA

Ans: 2001

3. Your husband is calling you

Ans: yes

4. How many you have children

Ans: 4 Child 3 daughters and one son 3 daughters had married my son are unmarried

The interview has been done

Mom request of the consular officer, I have one son left behind for an interview he is over the 21-year-old, but when my husband filed employment-base filed 5/5/2008 my son is 16 years old my husband file I-140 approved was 1/05/2009. In 25April 2014 my husband has an interview. The green card was received on 8 April 2015 after one year.

Consular officials say call your son I am outside of embassy mine mom has called me. I went to interview window consular officer awaiting me after that officer starts my interview

The first question was when your dad goes to the USA?

Ans: 2001 he filled employment base file in 2008 and I-140 approve was 2009 and interview was 2014 Officer says means your dad was living 2001 to 2008 was in legal I am saying yes and officer say sit down after 15 min I will call you same window.

I am waiting for 1 hours after that the token number called the Pakistani officer sitting on the window, he says CSPA act you are qualified, but during one year visa available you have don't submit any document.

I Ask to the officer, which document he says I-485 and affidavit support, etc. I request to an officer, I am only left behind immigration visa, please talk to the consular officer, he closes the file and he go to main consular officer Pakistani officer and main consular officer talk to each other then he gives me DNA test I don't understand why officer gives me DNA test. Please suggest me officer approved my child protection act yeah, he checks cross verification.
