Packet 3

When filling out packet 3 from the Vancouver consulate it asks you to list all the times you've entered the US. For my fiancé since she lives in Vancouver and she has entered the states hundreds of times and does not recall dates. Not sure if she can just put a few down or what are they looking for here?

Somewhere on the ds-160 page there is a link to frequently asked questions. Under the question "what documents do I need to have with me...". It says you need the dates of your last 5 trips.

Hope this helps

Thank you. It says "Dates of your last five visits or trips to the United States, if you have previously travelled to the United States. You may also be asked for your international travel history for the past five years."

Past 5 years as well? It wouldn't be possible to recall the the times she's been over the boarder to the US

From what I remember that portion is asking what countries she has been to in the last 5 years other than the USA or Canada.
