Hi everyone,

I have a few questions I'd like to see if you all could help me with before me an my husband send off our I-751 form and evidence.

Q1. Do we need to put my A# on all the evidence pages?

Q2. I saw somewhere someone saying that we have to include passport photos of ourselves, is that correct?

Q3. Would anyone happen to have photos or some straight forward explanation on how to assemble the whole package? We've read so many different ways to put it all together, from paperclips to whole punched to tabs.

Thanks!

Hi everyone,

I have a few questions I'd like to see if you all could help me with before me an my husband send off our I-751 form and evidence.

Q1. Do we need to put my A# on all the evidence pages? Not necessary, see below links. We put case # and A# on cover letter only.

Q2. I saw somewhere someone saying that we have to include passport photos of ourselves, is that correct? No, you will provide biometrics at appointment, read the instructions below.

Q3. Would anyone happen to have photos or some straight forward explanation on how to assemble the whole package? We've read so many different ways to put it all together, from paperclips to whole punched to tabs. Follow this USCIS link on assembly and mailing: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-and-fees/general-tips-assembling-applications-mailing

Thanks!

I followed the guidance and used ACCO fasteners. I loved this way of "binding" as I was certain things were not going to fall out! I also used Post-It Notes tabs at the bottom, and put "Table of Contents" covers on each of my sections. My file was nearly 4 pounds, and I used an overall Table of Contents, as well. Hope this helps you. Sukie in NY
