Need help regarding joint sponsor

Recently i filed AOS through marriage. got an RFE in mail today regarding my joint sponsor.

1. It says my joint sponsor did not meet the requirements of 125%, so i am thinking to add/submit a different joint sponsor. In that case can i submit a new i-864 form with a different joint sponsor?

2. on the i864 form do my new joint sponsor need to select himself as the only joint sponsor or second joint sponsor, As i am not sending the required documents they asked for my previous joint sponsor.

3. can someone give me list of documents need to send for joint sponsor.

4. can i expedite my EAD now or i have to wait till i submit this RFE(this RFE is regarding form i-485)

it will be really nice if someone can answer those questions for me.

3. Last page of the I864 instructions has a checklist. Generally, they would need a copy of their GC or US passport, most recent pay stubs, employment letter, and tax return transcript for the most recent year.
