Hi, we filed i-485 and i-130 in Apr,2016. We had the 1st interview on 5th Oct, then received a notice for 2nd interview for i-130. The 2nd interview on 21st Oct was the most stressful one we ever had have. The lady officer separated us: I was asked 2 hr and my husband 45 mins. Both of 2 interviews we feel OK. but until now we did not receive any decision or notice from uscis or that officer.

This is 3rd week from the second interview and we are really frustrating. We married 8 months before we file application. All proofs she needs we provided :(. We are from Michigan and interviews were in Detroit office. The officer not very nice but not really rude.

Any one have same case like us? What should we do right now? calling to uscis to ask about the case is helpful?

I just filed an i-765 for working permit. I hope it will be aslo kind of reminder to that officer.

Good luck to everyone whose interviews are coming.

Can you recommend any doctor that will just transcribe the medical results from k1 visa to the i-693? I got my interview letter already and one of the requirements is the i-693. I dont want to pay another 300+ dollars for another medical which i dont need since my medical exam for the k1 visa is <1 year

I'd say infopaas would be more helpful than phone call. Of course, only if you don't live that far from the Detroit office.

Go to the USCIS find a doctor website and call bunch of them to ask for the price. Much more efficient than asking on the forum.

We live in Grand Rapids and it often takes us 3-4 hrs from

here to Detroit. It is quite far for us and specially hubby always busy at work. I think we will call them first after 60 days. Then we will do service request and email uscis ombudsman after 120 days. waiting game is the worst for us :(((

That's awesome so you got an interview just a couple months after it appeared "case ready to be scheduled"!  That gives me hope!
