I know there's loads of posts like this, And I think we are all set, but can you comment or think of things we should add? Thanks!

- i751 form and check for $590

- cover letter listing all evidence and explaining that the petitioner isn't on the mortgage or deed due to US citizen bankruptcy and we will refinance once the 7 years is up, which will be 2017 and copies of mortgage and credit report to back this up, also applies to credit cards, we have separate ones due to the bankruptcy

- copy of front and back of green card

- petitioner will, medical and financial poa showing other spouse as beneficiary etc

- US citizen will, medical and financial poa showing other spouse as beneficiary etc

- copies of drivers licenses showing same address

- proof of joint auto insurance since marriage

- joint bank statements every 3rd month since marriage

- married filing joint tax transcripts for 2014 and 2015

- proof petitioner is beneficiary for life insurance and 401k

- proof of joint health insurance

- various utility bills from throughout marriage til present in both our names

- hotel reservations in our names

- nursing school acceptance and fafsa evidence in petitioners name

- a handful of photos just showing us on trips, or with family members, throughout the last two years

- several envelopes photocopied addressed to both of us

- 2 affidavits from family attesting to bona fides marriage

Do we just put each sort of evidence in a paper clip? So all the bank statements together, all the health insurance together, etc?

Hopefully that's a pretty conclusive list and we will be approved without any rfe's...

looks pretty good to me. I am in the process of compiling my list and you def have what i would think of.

perhaps all bank statements since you don't have credit card statements? i.e.. monthly not quarterly?

Your list is excellent.

Just a few things I thought as I was going through your list:

- I would include more bank statements than every 3 months

- Proof U.S. citizen is beneficiary of life insurance?

- Any cell phone joint/family plan?

- Is there a reason you're submitting the nursing school acceptance and FAFSA? I don't think those are necessary to include but congrats!

Here's a link on USCIS suggestion for assembling a package using ACCO fasteners. However you're free to organize as you wish.

Thanks for the tips, I was hoping every third month would be enough but I will probably get the rest of the statements printed then if it's absolutely necessary.

I completely forgot about life insurance for me. I'm a student and don't have much income, currently. Will it matter if I get a policy so soon to sending in paperwork?

We don't have a family cell plan, it just worked out that way randomly. He's got a pay as you go and I'm on a plan by myself. I thought I'd submit the nursing school and fafsa stuff as I have had to prove my identity and credentials to be accepted and I thought it might show government and other official agencies have also vetted me? Plus it shows my intent and commitment in my community to become a nurse? I don't know, probably immigration don't care about that lol. I just thought anything official showing my marital name and evidence of future plans would help.
