We got a call from our Congressman's caseworker on Fri. She said USCIS notified her Thurs. that they scheduled an interview in Boston and sent a letter! However, they wouldn't tell her the date. We are eagerly awaiting receipt of the letter.

We reached out to her because its been 1 year 3 months and his ROC hasn't been approved. She said that his I-751 ROC was still in VSC, and his N-400 in Boston. When we filed N-400 in May, it did NOT "force adjudication" of the I-751. It actually slowed it down because none of the ROC filers from his date had been looked at yet. So it was put on hold and sent to Boston. She said he'll get that I-751 approved at the natz interview. I do not need to attend, but I will if my work lets me off.

Important info for those who think filing natz forces an adjudication. Granted, it *could be* because Boston didn't know how to handle the new natz IOE applications. The process slowed down. But every office is different. People filing need to be aware to check what their office does.

Updating my Form type. What's interesting is that my wife has also applied earlier this month (using the new form), but also got an NBC case number!

And...we have an interview date! 11/22 in Boston! The notice date is 10/14 and it arrived today.

Oddly enough, the NOA for the interview date says "Received Date 7/1/16". The NOA1 was May with biometrics in June. I guess July is when Boston received the case?

I was in the past able to check it there but now it looks like general info only(after I log in and put in authentication code)....where exactly do you see your documents and timelines?

Sometimes the main page redirects to some nonsense and you have to add "/account/link" to the end of the address so it looks like this "myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/account/link". Then click where it has you go back to the "original version". On the bottom of the page you can click to expand the menus and find documents you've sent.

12/12/12, Successful Walk-in biometrics @ Varick Street Manhattan ASC.
12/18/12, Online case status available (I130-initial review; I1765-initial review; I485-testing and interview)
