I had my fingerprinting on 5/25 (NBC application) and haven't heard since. No updates online either. How/When would you suggest I call up to see if there are any updates? I had called up the FBI number but they advised me that they have stopped providing the information on whether the FBI has responded to USCIS.

I had my interview this morning and everything went great. I got there 20 minutes before the time of my appointment. I waited 30 minutes before a lady called my name. She asked me to follow her to her office, and then made me swear that I was going to tell the truth. First she went through my application. She asked me a couple of things, like my address, date of birth, where I work and all that.

Then she asked me to read a question, and then write the answer. After that she asked me to sign my pictures and some documents. Then she started to ask me the question from the test. After the first 6 questions she stopped and say "congrats you are approved " . She game me a paper with my information on it and asked me it it correct, then she game me another paper and it was my Oath Ceremony Notice. My Oath Ceremony is going to be this Friday August 5. The whole interview took probably 10 minutes. I'm very happy and excited foe the ceremony. Now is time to relax a little bit. I'll update my information also.

I had my interview this morning and everything went great. I got there 20 minutes before the time of my appointment. I waited 30 minutes before a lady called my name. She asked me to follow her to her office, and then made me swear that I was going to tell the truth. First she went through my application. She asked me a couple of things, like my address, date of birth, where I work and all that.

Then she asked me to read a question, and then write the answer. After that she asked me to sign my pictures and some documents. Then she started to ask me the question from the test. After the first 6 questions she stopped and say "congrats you are approved " . She game me a paper with my information on it and asked me it it correct, then she game me another paper and it was my Oath Ceremony Notice. My Oath Ceremony is going to be this Friday August 5. The whole interview took probably 10 minutes. I'm very happy and excited foe the ceremony. Now is time to relax a little bit. I'll update my information also.

So I talked to a L2 officer and asked about my IOE case. She told me that I was put Inline for Interview on 7/2 (that's exactly 1 month before my 5th yr GC anniversary). So it's not just updated on case status tracker or USCIS online account. She opened a SR to my local field office and told me to expect a response from the field office in 15 days. Let's see what the filed office says.

Unless one's case is being held back due to the background check, I guess IOE cases are being put on "inline for interview" similar to the NBC cases but it's the field offices who are not scheduling interviews for IOE cases possibly either there are trying to flush out NBC cases first or updating their system for new online N400 system. Let's hope they start scheduling interviews for IOE cases soon.
