Ok thank you

More than likely your case is still in background checks, I would just wait and see and if nothing happens by mid to late august give them a call. Your NBC number puts you vastly ahead of most of us here with IOE numbers so I am sure your case will move along shortly. I would also suggest checking timeframes in obtaining your requisite travel visa, and use that as a guide if your interview is closer to proposed travels dates. In which case you could request an oath after your trip, allowing travel on greencard and native passport.

Hello,

In my online ELIS system the only thing it shows are my account acceptance and appointment scheduled for biometrics and so I have not clicked on them because we already had the biometrics. I clicked on them today and saw a red highlighted section that says 'additional information from part 12 can be found under the case uploaded evidence section in the n400 additional responses.pdf document'. When I click on the evidence uploaded section, there are two parts--one that I would upload in support of an RFE and another called 'case uploaded evidence' that was done the day they accepted my application in may. It is a .tif file and I tried to open it but the system has a technical issue. Does anyone else have those uploaded files?

Also, for the few of you who got the 'inline for an interview' notification--how did you receive it email, or mail? What does it say on the notification?

Thank you

That .tif file is the scanned copy of the supporting documents you sent like your GC, marriage certificate like that. They scanned your documents and uploaded it there.

As far as i know nobody with IOE case numbers even the April filers have received any updates after biometrics. Welcome to the IOE group where we just wait and wait while we see most of our fellow filers with NBCxxxxx case numbers getting interviewed.

We just sit and wait and hope that at some point this new system will move forward fast. Others have tried to get and answer and all they could get was once interview is scheduled, it would show up in one's online account the way we see previous notices. So just hope for the best.

Seems like most of us did the same. I also had the old form filled in and ready months ahead of the filing date. Just because there was a new form, I decided to use that one just few days before filing.

I am a little confused now... I'm a May filer, with an IOE case number, had my biometrics 6 weeks ago. I registered with the my.uscis.gov website and I was initially able to get my case status, and view the documents that they sent me (NOA1 and biometrics letter). When I log on now, after entering the one-time password that I get by text, I only see general information, and nothing about my case. I can only see my case status on the old system (egov.uscis.gov). Has anyone else experienced this?

After it redirects you to my.uscis.gov add /account/customer at the end so it looks like my.uscis.gov/account/customer and press enter. It will take you to the page you are looking for.

I sent in my application only a few days ago(July 13).

I have critical international travel plans beginning of next year.

Would it be advantageous to file another application using the old form? I dont mind spending the money because of the critical nature of the travel.

My concerns are:

1. FP has been scheduled. If I withdraw my application what are the risks.

2. Since this is close to the end of the old application lifecycle, would it mean that my application would be put in backburner as they deal with IOEs?

What are you trying to achieve, getting US passport before your travel or after you come back? In any case i don't see how withdrawing the current application and filing a new one with old form would help as nobody knows how long would it take. While IOE filers are waiting to get their cases move after fingerprinting, it could move fast than expected once they start IOE series. USCIS would have no problem though if you cancel the current application and file a new one.

Thanks, now I see it. Strange, there doesn't seem to be any link from the main page to the customer account (or I just can't see right...)
