OMG, unbelievable that's for real. But you can ask the officer next Monday when you will be there. Cannot accept if you have to wait for another year to process your case. Please pray for this to be smoother!

May God bless you!

Same happened with my case, but I am at CSC. Apparently, the fingerprint card expired and you have to redo. I did it on the 25th of April and no word since.

When you go to do the fingerprints, you do not see any of the officers, just the people taking your fingerprints. I think if you do want to talk to an IO, you need to make an infopass.

This is so annoying! I hope it won't delay our cases! A lot of may 2016 filler from vsc received their approval letter this week. Hope you will get yours soon!

Thank you! It is really annoying, I really hope it won't delay our case. I thought it was an interview letter and was a bit upset that it wasn't waived. And then I realized it was another biometrics appointement! Now I'd rather get an interview letter...

Tell me about it! Most of CSC May fillers have been approved and here I am in limbo, not knowing when they'll send me the gc. SMH! I called them and they keep saying that it takes 6-12 months for ROC, sometimes even longer than 12months. And the date on their website is just a goal.

Hi all,

I just wanted to know that I got my approval letter today. I am a VSC Filer:

Mailed 5/8/16

NOA 5/10/16

Bio 6/22/16

Approval Notice Date: 5/4/2017

Notice Received 5/9/2017

I didn't really expect this since my GC expiration is still on July. Good luck on those who are still waiting. I am pretty sure yours will be coming out soon.

I will update the google form tomorrow!

I haven't checked in for a while but we got an RFE on March 14. I'm financially responsible for the household and was already living in the house prior to my wife arriving so I didn't change bills or anything before I filed the I-751. Went ahead and changed some utilities to please them, gathered more documents from all of the categories and sent it out around April 19. I checked today and coincidentally it said Card Was Mailed on May 9. So, we're good, finally.

Yeah, I was surprised myself. I half expected that they might change the message to reflect something to do with receiving the RFE and that's what I would check in to look for, but I was blessed with an approval notice instead.

I remember the post office saying it would be there on April 22 (Saturday) and they likely didn't touch it till Monday, unless they worked Saturday and Sunday.. So, all things considered it was a a little over 2 weeks from them receiving it to actually getting the card sent out.

It looks like the approval date is a week before your NOA's date. God bless

Argh so annoying! Do they tell you anything about the 2nd biometrics? Is it supposed to delay our cases? I feel lile they were about to approve our cases, couldn't find the biometrics, so they put back our files on the pile...
