Not yet @JULIANAv , probably another month or so. It has been 332 days since I submitted my stuff to VSC smh...

May 3rd - Send to Lockbox Chicago

May 4th - Signed (Fedex Overnight)

May 12th - RFE (Send back because of incorrect fee)

May 14th - Send to Lockbox Chicago

May 15th - Signed

April 1st - Email notifications received (12:20am)

Has anyone done an infopass appointment yet? I'm a VSC filer so obviously don't have my extended greencard yet. My greencard will expire on May 27th but my drivers license is expiring sooner on May 6th (this is the date on my 1 year extension letter). I got an appointment for April 24th. Do you think they will stamp my I-551? Or do I have to make another appointment after the 27th?

Unless the law very recently change, I don't believe you'll need a GC to renew your NY Driver's License (assuming it's a NYS License based on your profile info). I renewed without issue before I became legal.

Really? My expiring driver's license is from PA so this is my first time doing it in NY. PA was very strict. They only gave me until the date in the NOA letter. That's good to know for NY but I'll do it after infopass to be sure. Thanks.

"On April 11, 2017, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number WAC************, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to" 

 

Finally after 11 Months a RFE letter and a lot of calls, online inquires and prayers, I got a approved today------> Now See you in the naturalization forum family

What was your previous Date of Update, mine is stuck on the same date of NOA1.

If you log into the case status, you will see the receipts #s which you have put in there to track. Against each Receipt # you can see "Date of Update" that is supposed to change when they update anything on your case. Has this changed to some recent date ?
