Yes. May 20th here and when i called, the lady said i should have a decision by the second week of may.

They responded that I should get a response by End of April. I am wondering what is going on. By the way are you planning to take an infopass to get an extension ?

Yes, but i think i read somewhere that they do the stamp only if its within the last month. So i will try to get an infopass scheduled around may 20 since my gc anniversary is on 6/16.

Yeah, i did talk to a tier 2 person. I might just call them again cause her answers left me very confused. Have u called them?

I called them last month. How do we reach to a tier to person. I am going to do this for the first time.

Well first i talked to that operator at the customer service. She was the the one "oh, you are outside processing time, you need to speak to someone else" do she trabsferred me to an io.

Also, they got my n400 package on monday, so hopefully that will expedite the decision on i751. I know they try not to have 2 open applications for the same person.

I spoke to a tier 2 person. their normal processing time is 6 to 12 months.  So we are not outside the processing timeline.

That explains it then. I wonder why they bother to put those dates up on their pages if they can not live up to it. So you should get your decision by mid may, you think?

They said soon, and they mentioned that they cannot give a definite time line. May be will have a response by end of this month.

I think they have 15% of CSC May applications still pending as per other forums as well.
