From your timeline, it looks like you are a June filer (even though you technically filed in May). The date USCIS received your application (and set your NOA date) is the month in which you filed.

 

This will also be a good metric for the June filer's report.

As for the filing date - yes, I was a little confused - I filed in May, but they show receipt in June. Thanks for the clarification!!

I'm very happy for you and it gives all June filers a positive outlook on how things are progressing at CSC. I filed my application on June 9th and USCIS received it on June 10th.

CSC is currently working on May 31st, 2016 per their website. So 10 months wait for your new GC. At this rate, the day I get my GC, it will already be time to file for citizenship :)

Okay, I just called USCIS cause this is getting just ridiculous.

First, who ever put the information on the computer when they received my application, put my DOB wrong in the system. So within 15 days I should receive something in the mail that it was corrected. I asked the tier 2 when should I be hearing back regarding the decision on my application...by the second week of MAY!! #######?! Anyone else still waiting at CSC?

Oh, and apparently they sent me a response on March 27 to my e-inquiry which I have never received...I feel like someone is playing a bad joke on me. Still in shock...

Yes, this is frustrating - sorry to hear that they got your DOB wrong - but at least it's corrected now!

 

If they only mailed a response on Mar 27, it's not too unusual that you haven't received it yet. Sometimes USPS is fast, sometimes... not so much.

we filed our I751 on May 20, 2016 CSC and new card was ordered on March 30, 2017. We submitted case requests online and over the phone, also went to infopasses couple of times. I guess it may helped.

 

I want to say thanks for everyone on VJ. It's been a long rough journey for us since K-1 visa. I don't know how can we went through the whole immigration process without VJ. Again thanks for everyone who made posts and left comments here. Anytime if I have questions, I always come to this website for answers which saved us thousands dollars lawyer fees. I really would like to make some donation to VJ website. Could someone tell me how to contribute to this website? thanks for making this website so great!

 

P.S: I decided not to file for N-400 naturalization and just keep renew my green card every 10 years. Wish everyone's application go as smoothly as possible.

I was ask for RFE, I already sent them, and I already have my N-400 ready to send it as soon as I see a change on my status,  But I have a question, they sent me a RFE letter, should the system have to have it when I check my case?? everytime  I check my case there's no movement just the generic  answer " On May 4, 2016, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions......" and on my case  history section, nothing......

 

Anyone in the same situation???

Most people's online status doesn't change until the new card is ordered... some not even then! It seems like they set up the system and then forgot about it - they certainly don't update it!

I am curious, The processing times page on USCIS for CSC is still May 31st, 2016. Are there still any May Filers still pending response from CSC ?
