May 27th and I just got approved tonight! About an hour ago. :)

If you're outside of the normal processing time CALL THEM! I feel like they will only do something if we harass them. That's what I did. My husband and I called on Thursday of last week when we realised that they moved the processing time up to May 31st cases. They said that an immigration officer would call me back within 3-5 business days, so I've been attached to my cell phone ever since. Needless to say, the never called, but I got (several) text and email notifications telling me that my case as has been updated. A new card is in the mail! Thank GOD.

Don't give up hope those of you who are still waiting. And if you haven't already, CALL THEM if you are outside of their processing times. Put a fire under their arses!

I filed my I-751 back in May-16 in VSC, had my biometric done in July-16 but to date have not heard back- I presume all these recent approvals/updates are mostly for CSC? VSC are still processing Feb-16 applications, is there anyone here who has applied from VSC in May-16 and have heard back?

I am currently in UK and my 1 year extension letter is about to expire in May-17- I am planning to fly back before that but just bit worried in current circumstances if the nearly expired letter and expired green card will be sufficient to enter back?

Just in Case go to the local USCIS office and get a I-551 Stamp on your passport.

Yes, That's what I am planning to do but as I mentioned I am currently in UK and I suppose I will have to travel back to get a I-551 stamp on my passport. US consulate in London won't be able to assist with that. I have no issues in flying back for that but I am just little worried flying back with a letter that's about to expire and green card thats already expired..I dont know if the airlines are aware that the letter serves as an extension?
