If you look at USCIS' posted timelines (not the ones on VisaJourney, but the ones on the actual USCIS site) on about Feb 25, they should post the "new" dates they're processing. Select the service center that's processing your application and then scroll down until you see I-751. That'll tell you the "official date" they're working on.

I have a question...

 

I called today, looking for to speak with a supervisor (and like always they're BUSY), I submit a call back and they're suppose to call back between 3 and 5 days, but I ask the lady with whom I spoke to, about the naturalization process and when can I apply she says "you can start you're naturalization process when you had completed 2 years with your Conditional Card, and one year with your permanent 10 yrs Card" a total of three years...... So it means that once I get approved with my 10 yrs GC, do I have to wait another year to complete the three years...?? or do we get approved retroactive meaning that the date on the 10 yrs card where it says "resident Since" will be since the day after our 2yr expired???

 

Can someone help me with this??

You can start naturalization process prior 90 days before 3 years anniversary since you become resident. So if you become resident for example August 2014 you can apply for naturalization May 2017. Because even you haven't gotten your 10 years green card, you have 1 year extension letter, so technically you are going to be resident for 3 years and that's what matters (of course if you're still married to your spouse). If not, you gotta wait 2 more years. Hope this answer your question.

Has anyone else noticed on the USCIS website that they're now processing cases as of July 28, 2016 for Vermont? Two weeks ago it was December 2015, and now it's sprung forward by a few months. I really hope that's a good sign!

You can check it out again and you will realize all of cases shows same date 28 July, 2016 for CSC and Vermont. I think somebody made a big mistake.

Card came in the mail today . didn't take longer to receive approximately 4 days from the approval day.

So I just checked the processing times for VSC and it says they're processing from July 28, 2016. Umm...  My husband is a May filer and we haven't heard anything. Pretty sure they've made some sort of mistake. If it doesn't change, I might just call and tell them I'm out of the processing time window.

That's crazy coz last time i checked it was may 16, now on Csc all i mean ALL applications are on july 28 ??????

There's an error in the website, ALL applications for everything are now set at July 28. Hopefully this is just a glitch, and not an example of "extreme vetting" that was promised by our new president.
