I got my approval on Dec. 27th, my NOA date is May 2nd! I did call them last friday just to see if there were any changes on my petition, but i got the same generic info. that is why im surprise to be approved! really a great news after christmas! Thanks everyone!

I'm starting to get frustrated that all these folks are approved and we are still waiting at CSC! When I log in to check status it says "On May 4, 2016, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received,"

Is it worth calling you think or just keep waiting?

I am going to give them until the end of Jan before I bother calling them. They're just going to give us the scripted answer in any case. My DL expires in Feb so I would like to have the 10 year card before renewal.

The biggest problem with VJ is that there could be people who got approved and didn't update the spreadsheet.

So the actual percentage of approved people could be way above 45% now

Kat, I have exactly the same timeline as you and I still havent heard anything from them. The same message appears on their website everytime "On may 4th we received...." I have called them a couple of times but it is useless... Just keep it up.

USCIS updated the processing times online: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

For CSC it still says 6 months. What a lie.

Anybody got the same thing? Is it worth calling as well?

"On 12/18/2016, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I-751 Form.  You wanted to obtain your current case status and remind us that the last thing you did was attend your biometric appointment. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Your biometrics successfully attached to your application on 08/13/2016. The processing of your I-751 is within our current processing time. We are adjudicating I-751 files that were filed more than six months ago.  We notice that you filed your I-751 petition more than six months ago, so yours falls into that category.

Therefore, we are working on it in the order in which it was received.  In the meantime, please continue to use the I-751 Receipt Notice, which extends the validity of your green card for an extra year, allowing you to work and travel abroad, while we process your I-751."

I am tired to wait the new updates from VSC from May 19, 2016. So I just leave that as single normal day thru because we cannot do anything, even call to customer service or not. I got the same answers. Maybe they are busy for so many different type of forms.

I do hope you guys will receive good news as soon as and can apply for citizenship this year.

I got something similar a couple of days ago, slightly different. Would've been nice to get an approval before the New Year, but oh well.
