If you're the same as me (K1 entry/AOS/CGC now ROC) then you'll be getting a 10 year green card once they've processed and approved your application for ROC. Unless someone wants to contradict me you don't get a 1 year GC. You get an extension of your legal permanent residence status while they process your application and the proof is that NOA1. I'm assuming it's also in the DHS computers as well so if you're travelling you can show the NOA1 and (expired) GC. I'll be doubling checking that before any travel of course !

That is correct. You get an automatic 1 year extension and the NOA1 is the proof. You can travel with the expired GC and NOA1 (just be prepared to explain it to foreign airline workers at check in on the way back if they're not familiar with the process). If USCIS is really slow and doesn't approve within that year, you can make an infopass appointment at a local office and get a stamp in your passport that will extend your status further.

No updates on my end, I sent my package to Vermont- but April filers didnt have their checks cashed or anything till maybe a month later. I expect it to be a long wait.

Any updates from Vermont filers? I am getting anxious... My package got there on a Friday so I do expect some delay in the process

VSC is really slow. Nothing yet, I sent it on the 2nd. Check hasn't been cashed, no NOA1. They have 30 days to cash the check and issue a NOA1. If you hear nothing after 30 days, then call them.

Our I-751 was received at the CSC on 05/06/2016. They Cashed the check today, still waiting for the NOA1.

02/07/2014 NOA2

02/25/2014 Case received at NVC

03/28/2014 Case Number assigned

04/01/2014 DS-261 Available and completed

04/07/2014 AOS and IV bills paid

04/09/2014 Sent AOS package

04/10/2014 AOS package delivered to NVC

04/12/2014 DS-260 completed

04/14/2014 IV package sent

04/15/2014 IV package delivered to NVC

04/17/2014 NVC says "one piece of mail" regarding case received, can't specify which one AOS or IV

04/21/2014 "Two pieces of mail received", so AOS and IV packages both logged in.

05/06/2014 Case Complete.

05/13/2014 Interview scheduled

06/12/2014 Interview at Kiev Embassy

06/12/2014 Visa Approved!

Removal of conditions:
