Got NOA1 today, it's 5/2/2016 so they sent NOA 1 the day they received the binder. Received today in mail 5/13/2016. Looks like we are right behind twin810s. Mine was a cashiers check from our joint banking account.

USPS delivered I-751 yesterday.

Adjustment of Status F1 Visa to Conditional Green Card

June 4th, 2013 - Filled for Adjustment of Status (F1 to Green Card).

June 5th, 2013 - USCIS received petition.

June 10th, 2013 - Received USCIS Acceptance Notification via text message and email.

July 10th, 2013 - Biometrics appointment.

August 22nd, 2013 - Received EAD card

July 31st, 2014 - Interview at Miami office - APPROVED

August 22nd, 2014 - Green Card received

Removal of Condition

May 11th, 2016 - Mailed out I-751 application

May 13th, 2016 - USCIS received I-751 application

We got our NOA in the mail on Saturday (5/14) its dated 5/4 (so the day they received it at CSC since we sent it 5/2)

Question, DH driver's license is expiring in July (when his GC expires) so does he just take the NOA letter to the BMV to get a new driver's license? It seems like that will work but I wonder if the BMV will give us any hassle.

From what I have read in various places any specific DMV will do what they feel like. Some will accept it, others have had to get a passport stamp at an infopass appointment. I'm going to visit my DMV (such joy) to ask them before I need to i.e later this month.

Check received 4th , processing today 16th. Now I just need my NOA1 in the post today.
