What happens if we miss the bio appt, due to the letter not getting in time to us? Can they deny us?

It doesn't look like anyone with an NOA1 starting the week of May 9th has received their biometrics yet (for both VSC and CSC) - unless the spreadsheet is not up to date...

I was hoping/expecting to receive the appointment letter this week. If that doesn't happen, then we plan on calling the mis-information line and getting a Tier 2 on the phone to see if it's even been scheduled.

5/21/2016: Mailed I-751 packet to CSC

5/23/2016: NOA1

7/29/2016: Biometrics Appointment

11/22/2016: I-751 Approved!

I received my biometrics letter last week. It says the notice date was 5/28 and its scheduled for 6/15. I can't seem to update the spreadsheet from my phone.. So I'll just wait until I'm near my computer

Why I don't see anyone with NSC? All CSC and VSC.

I-751s are only adjudicated at either VSC or CSC.

5/21/2016: Mailed I-751 packet to CSC

5/23/2016: NOA1

7/29/2016: Biometrics Appointment

11/22/2016: I-751 Approved!

You can then try walk-in biometrics. If they won't let you, call USCIS and reschedule. They seem to send out the letter like 2 weeks before the appointment.

1/16/13 - Alien Registration Number changed
5/24/13 or 5/29/13 - Case Transferred to TSC
7/2/13 - NOA2 from TSC! (173 days from NOA1) | 7/6/13 - Hard Copy Received
7/18/13 - Shipped to NVC | 7/26/13 - Received at NVC and case number assigned
7/29/13 - In transit to consulate | 7/31/13 - Received by consulate
8/20/13 - Medical - Passed | 8/21/13 - Interview - Approved!

thank you! If anyone calls the Customer Service for CSC, let us know what they say of the delay in sending the bio appt letters.
