How did u track that

update; i received my extension letter over the weekend, waiting for the bio-metrics letter now.

Hi! I'm sorry if this is a very silly question BUT, where can I find my USCIS ELIS Account #? It's been ages since I've done anything immigrant related, and I don't even remember where to log in...

1/15/2013 - Married

USCIS:
4/11: Mailed out IR-30 via FedEx Ground
4/15: Forms received by USCIS Chicago (Signed)

12/2: Case Transferred to CSC

12/17/2013: NOA-2!!!! (8 Months, 2 days)

NVC:

12/27/2013: Case received by NVC

1/23/2014: NVC Case #, BIN, & IIN received.

1/31/2014: DS-261 Available & filled out.

2/4/2014: AOS Invoice available & paid

2/7/2014: I-864(AOS) completed & sent

2/11/2014: IV Bill availiable and paid.

2/14/2014: DS-260 completed (IV)

2/14/2014: DS-260 support documents sent

2/26/2014: I-864 (AOS) documents received and logged by NVC.

3/4/2014: Checklist for AOS ( I knew it :|a)

3/5/2014: Checklist for AOS submitted

3/7/2014: DS-260 documents received & logged by NVC

3/13/2014: IV packet + documents approved and logged

Received my NOA1 dated May 13, I tried to check the status online it say's " does not recognize the receipt number entered " Do i need to wait a few weeks before checking?

If you have the receipt number from the money order, you can call a toll free number and its tells u the status of your money order

May 4th - Signed (Fedex Overnight)

May 12th - RFE (Send back because of incorrect fee)

May 14th - Send to Lockbox Chicago

May 15th - Signed

If they can't cash the check, they'll send back the whole package and not send an RFE. You will have to resend it back to them with the correct check.

This happened to me when I was sending my first package (2 year GC).

They send me a NOA and RFE at the same time with my check only back.

First time, I gave them too much money lol , I mean, they can hold another $100 on me to get themselves a dinner or some! :rofl: but they just send me the check back.

We shall see.

I have been checking the mail box like every DAY!!!..

I will keep you all posted!

Yes, it's the same for me. It does say on the NOA1 that you will be able to track after you receive the biometrics appointment, so maybe it doesn't go into the system until they send that out.

2-2.5 weeks it seems like!

Does it really take 2-2.5 weeks to deposit the check? Seems like so long...I would've thought that they would deposit it right away since it's $$$...

This waiting is making me nervous...I wanna make sure they are not sending my package back.
