Good Morning All;

I received the GC in hand in 10 days....

just 2 days after "we mailed the card to you" text/email 

Good luck on those waiting.

VSC filer.

May 3rd - Send to Lockbox Chicago

May 4th - Signed (Fedex Overnight)

May 12th - RFE (Send back because of incorrect fee)

May 14th - Send to Lockbox Chicago

May 15th - Signed

April 1st - Email notifications received (12:20am)

Green card was recieved today. 10 days after USCIS notification. Good luck to everybody, Hopefully it moves quickly for everybody.

I'm from ATL too and my received date was 5/17/16, also haven't heard anything from them...Glad to know i'm not the only one freaking out on a daily basis...

I know. I read someone from Atlanta getting their approval letter earlier. I thought all the applications were processed through Vermont and not at the local level but I may be wrong. Hope we hear some good news soon

Same here.

My field office is also at Atlanta and I still haven't received the approval letter yet.

Approval: 05/04/2017

Card Production: 05/12/2017

Card Mailed: 05/16/2017

Status: Card not yet receive.

Did you get the new designed card or old? Looks like some are getting the old design. Actually not that it matters on the bigger scheme of things.

Took long enough to arrive.

On Tuesday I was told that I should send a letter to clarify what was happening. Also, they filed the Request of Service, which takes a month just to be seen and then attended. As I already had the InfoPass appointment for this week, I will go and talk to an officer taking all my papers to see if there is something to do before Biometrics expire. Finally, I was told that I can file a complaint. 

I still believe they really do not care.

i received approval letter on 5/19/2017.

NOA date 5/5/2017.

Approval letter was post marked 5/16/2017.

 

We made info pass appointment to get i-551 stamp on 5/15/2017.  We surrendered the old GC and NOA letter.

Got new stamp.  

 

Approval letter came on 5/19. 

Status says on 5/18, new GC was ordered. 

 

Coincidence? 

approval letter has office address of where we went to get the stamp and approval date is the same date that we visited the office on 5/15/2017.

Oh well the important thing is that you got approved. Congrats. Not sure if I am the only one, since I got approved (ROC) i feel relieved and somehow feel I now belong as part of the society - more psychological.

Approval letter dated 5-15-17 received yesterday from the VSC!!!!  We are so relieved. Our NOA date was 5-31-16, so we were just under 1 year! From what I'm seeing on the google spreadsheet, it looks like an average of 2-3 weeks from the date approval to receive the GC in the mail? Is that a reasonable expectation?
