Approval letter came in yesterday. The online status still hasn’t changed since when they first received the app so I wouldn’t count on that (many people ran into the same thing)

The USCIS received my application to remove condition green card (I-751) on May 19, 2016 (Vermont Service Center).

My wife and I, we moved to Norristown around in the end of January, 2017. Do you know the moving will affect my application processing time or it's normal.?

Because we rented the old house and lived there 3 years but the owner sold out their house so that we got to move to another one.

My wife and I just don't know how is going on until today.

Do you think should I call to the USCIS again or just waiting?

I try to get an info-pass appointment tomorrow morning.

I am appreciated to your supporting!

Cheers,

Nothing yet. I'm gonna be pretty bummed if they can't tell me anything on Wednesday when I go in for the stamp. I do want to have the ROC approved, but only so they can start my citizenship application. My guess is that, in my case as well as yours, they are stuck in background checks...which I don't understand why it's taking so long. Hopefully we both hear something by the end of this month.

I just wanted to let you I have received the approval letter today. I guess having to go to the biometrics appointment twice just slowed down the process for a bit. Hope you heard some good news too!

I would call and ask to talk to a Tier 2, at least to confirm if your address on file is correct, and see if they can give you a status update. They will probably tell you that it's still within normal processing time. If you are near a local office, you can also make an infopass appointment to inquire about the case face to face with them.

When does your extension end?

Best of luck!

Thanks for your responding!

I am trying to make an infor-pass appointment as soon as possible. I don't have extension letter. I need they stamp on my passport.

Have a good night!
